Josh Banks

Hey, I'm Josh Banks. I graduated from Leavitt Area High School in 2019 where I was a three-year varsity starter and two-year captain. I've been playing basketball since first grade and still compete in multiple men's leagues today.

IHL started as a way to break down moves I was studying and testing in real games. The goal is simple: help players understand how moves actually work, improve their skills, and build confidence through real repetition.

Basketball has always been a place for me to compete, stay disciplined, and keep growing. Independent Hoop Lab is built around that same mindset — consistent work, creativity, and getting better every day.

Favorite players: Dwyane Wade (fearless), Jamal Crawford (creative), and James Harden (crafty and efficient).
